Checked baggage of Etihad airways depends on the destination you’ll visit. They are “Travelling to or from Canada and the US” and “other destinations” separately.

2.Sports equipment and musical instruments?
If one wants to join in sport games abroad, there are some rules.
- If it is going to be a checked baggage, such as bikes, scuba diving equipment, skis, poles and ski boots, the weigh is up to 32kg, and do not exceed the maximum dimensions of 300cm.
- If it is going to be a cabin baggage, such as golf set, the weigh is up to 15kg.
If one wants to bring the musical instrument, there are also some rules.
- If the instrument reach the dimensions permitted, you can see it as a personal baggage.
- If the instrument doesn’t reach the dimensions permitted, you can only book another seat for it.
3.Animals or Falcons?
Animals can be seemed as checked baggage in the cargo hold free for any route. However, make sure you have applied for this, and some documents with you may help you pass the process smoothly.
Falcons can be carried on cabin for free.
