Meet Thai Iced Milk Tea , the staple drink of Thailand . Served in almost every Thai restaurant , it is usually the top-ordered beverage , being well-liked by guests . Its base is Thai black tea , mixed with condensed milk , crushed ice , spices , sugar and surprisingly , a bit of food coloring to give it an orange look . Satisfy yourself with a glass of creamy , fragrant Thai Iced Milk Tea while you spend your time exploring delicious local eats .

There are plenty of benefits of pomegranate : its high levels of antioxidants and of vitamin c , improves memory and digestion , prevents heart disease , Alzheimer’s and cancer … etc. It’s a great option to add into your daily diet ! Just make sure it’s 100% pure and unsweetened .

🕘 What time is it? It’s coconut o’clock! 🥥 – This elixir is completely free, you can find it in abundance anywhere around here, you just need an ax to cut it open. In case you’re lazy, coconut is on the menu at literally every bar, restaurant, fruit shop, street market. The prices vary from 50 cents on the street to 2-3 euros in fancy places. What’s more, you get 2 in 1 – a drink and snack. Your coconut comes with both a straw and a spoon – one to drink with, the latter to help you eat it. – Cocktails, fancy drinks, smoothies, cleanse products? The more expensive and complicated to make the better? Hah… I don’t find myself keen to order any other drink in any public place anymore. Some things seem too simple and basic to bring attention at first, and yet turn out to be the most delicious ever and healthy at the same time. Now coconut has become my daily refreshment.
